Save invitation as file(advanced)

Once the invitation is sent the person who will help you will be able to see your desktop but will not have the access. He can request access and once you grant it and then only he takes the full access of your pc.

Now once the connection has been made you get options to chat, talk, send a file etc.

There is one disadvantage of remote assistance in windows XP
: It doesnt work good with slow connections which has been rectified in Vista and Windows 7.
